When will my order ship?

All orders will ship on the following business day after the order has been placed. Please add one business day to any shipping estimate.

 

How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?

If you select our free shipping option, your order will arrive in 3-6 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options that will be presented to you at checkout.

 

What shipping speeds do you offer?

We offer free standard shipping, FedEx 2day, and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping. Because all orders ship on the following business day, please add one additional business day to every shipping estimate.

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it—what do I do?

Oh no! Reach out to the Muvez Customer Experience Team with your tracking information and correct shipping address. And we'll have your issue sorted out as quickly as possible.

 

 

Does MUVEZ ship internationally?

Yes! We have delivered orders to over 10 countries and all associated fees are absorbed by the customer. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. We appreciate the love from around the world!

 

Can I edit/cancel my order after it has been placed?

As we try to process and fulfill orders very quickly, please email us at support@muvez.co and we'll work towards a great solution. If you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you can give them a try–we think you’ll love them and if you don’t, you can always send them back for free within 21 days of purchase.
