Shoes must be returned in new condition with original contents (shoes, outsoles, insoles, inserts)
Shoes should be tried on indoors on a clean surface and should be absent of routine wear

All customers have 21 days from shipment date to request a return or an exchange

Muvez will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages. For a full refund or exchange, please mail your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged following 21 days from the date of the receipt or returned indicating evident wear and tear. Please be sure to provide either your order number or a copy of you invoice to prevent delays, save a copy of your tracking information and allow up to 5 business days to receive a response, thank you.

Unfortunately, Muvez cannot be held responsible for any fees / costs associated. Although minor shipping discounts can be extended upon request.
International Taxes & Duties
Products purchased from the United States and delivered to an international address may be subject to Taxes & Duties dependent on final destination. Unfortunately, Muvez cannot be held responsible for paying nor reimbursing associated fees.
You can expect your refund reflected within 5-7 business days following the delivery and approval of your request.
