WHO IS MUVEZ FOOTWEAR AND WHAT ARE THE 3:AM'S?

Muvez, is a footwear brand dedicated to re-imagining traditional indoor slippers. With a primary focus to create and deliver a product that satisfies the needs of our customers by achieving a balance of aesthetic beauty and unrivaled functionality.

The Muvez 3:AMs are comfortable and lightweight indoor slippers that simplify transitioning from indoors to outdoors.

HOW DO THE MUVEZ'S 3:AM'S FIT?

All of our shoes are medium width and offered only in full sizes US M 9,10,11,12,13. The entire 2020 collection starts out a little snug and then stretches naturally in large part due to the neoprene heel counter.
 
We've found most full-size customers stick with their full size. But if you're a half size, we've found most customers size down. If you have a wider foot and you're a half size, we'd suggest sizing up.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS?

Yes - we offer free shipping to the continental US only and delivery can be expected within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. (International Shipping will be calculated at checkout).

Additionally, we offer 2-business day expedited shipping starting at $12 and 1-business day expedited shipping starting at $20. The final price for both of these options will be provided at checkout and is determined by order volume and destination.
 
Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days and that only expedited orders placed before 12:30 pm ET on a business day will ship same day.

WHAT IF YOU DONT HAVE MY SIZE OR ARE SOLDOUT?

We understand waiting can be an inconvenience sometimes but please sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we restock your size and colorway.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANEL MY ORDER?

As we try to process and fulfill orders very quickly, please email us at support@muvez.co and we'll work towards a great solution. If you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you can give them a try–we think you’ll love them and if you don’t, you can always send them back for free within 21 days of purchase.
